Delivery Times and Couriers

Delivery is free on all products from our online shop, with an estimated 2 to 4 day delivery time, subject to stock availability.

In the event that an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will notify you immediately. You will then have the option to await your delayed delivery or cancel your order whereupon we will provide you with a full refund.

Our deliveries are fulfilled by our trusted friends, Top Flight Couriers. (Please note on occasion we may use a different courier service due to circumstances, but the delivery will always be carried out by a known and reputable company).
Our store currently only delivers to UK Mainland addresses. For any deliveries outside of mainl
and UK, please contact us to discuss arrangements.

Notes

We understand how exciting a new purchase can be! That is why we strive to ensure all our deliveries are fast and reliable.
All deliveries must be signed for. They will NOT be left in garages, sheds, porches etc. When you receive your goods please open the box and examine them to ensure they are in good condition - if the item is damaged or faulty, please notify us as soon as possible.

RETURNS POLICY

How To Return Your Order
We understand that sometimes products need to be returned. We aim to make this process as easy and streamlined as possible for you.
You are entitled to return your purchases should you wish, provided you do so within 14 days of receiving your items. 
To return products you should inform us in writing, by e-mailing sales@octagon.ltd.uk
This e-mail should include the following details:
 
Your name
Your address
Details about the items you're returning
A contact number
 
You can then send the items you are returning to our Rickmansworth address:

Items should be returned within 14 days of notifying us, in an as-new condition, and in original packaging. Please include the original invoice, simply writing on it stating which items are for return. Our return policy excludes personalised or custom items. (Such as custom length cable). We welcome returns by hand or by courier service. Return postage costs should be paid by the customer. Receipt of delivery must be retained, and provided to us should we request it.
 
We will process your refund and reimburse you your money, by payment method used for the original transaction, within a week of receiving the goods. 

Items Out Of Stock
Please note, deductions may be made from the reimbursement for any loss in value of the products as a result of insufficient care by the customer.

Faulty Items
If you have found that a product is faulty, you have 30 days to notify us and return the item to the address above. We will then inspect the items and confirm that they are faulty/unsatisfactory. We endeavour to offer a repair or replacement, but if this is not possible we will issue a full refund.
